PP Cable Filler Description:

Our Cable filler yarn is manufactured with high precision and industry-wide known manufacturing standards. So that uniform consistency is ensured to meet the unique cable needs of our customers.

PP filler rope is made of drawing-grade polypropylene as raw material, through extrusion molding, and then laminating and opening the net to produce a netted tearing fibre, which can be twisted or untwisted.

In the cable production process, in order to make the cable core round, improve the cable appearance quality, and increase the cable tensile properties, the gap of the cable core needs to be filled, therefore the PP filler rope is the most commonly used non-hygroscopic filling material for cable.

• Super Grade is made by 100% virgin PP and has an excellent tensile strength, no joint. The original color is transparent but we can offer it in different colors.
• Super Grade Twisted is made by 100% virgin PP and has the best tensile strength - without joint. Due to the twisting, it has the accurate diameter and can easily make the cable round and smooth. The original color is transparent but we can also offer it in different colors. It’s suitable for all kinds of cables especially submarine cables and elevator cables.
